President Obama was in Las Vegas recently to give a talk on alternative energy.

While there he stayed in a hotel that not many were expecting him to stay in, most were thinking he would stay in a flashy strip hotel. Instead for his one night in Vegas he stayed at the Element, an eco friendly hotel that has a series of sustainable amenities.

Some of the earth-friendly features found on the Element include LEED certification, charging stations for (EV’s) electric vehicles, hybrid-only parking spaces, recycled carpets, energy efficient appliances and light bulbs among other eco amenities.

It’s a modern and hip place perfect for the modern and hip President in our office.
